Company profile

Established in 1961 and originally based in Scotland, Vaughan Jones relocated to its present address in 1972 and has continued to expand accordingly. They now produce a wide variety of special socket, slotted, hexagon screws, internally threaded parts, nuts and turned parts which are available for every industrial application, including: Fastener and Engineering Distributors, Defence and Aerospace, Mining, Medical, Telecommunications, Machine Tool, Tooling Motorsport and automotive engineering where demanding performance is essential. These are largely sold through the distribution trade, although where demand justifies it, direct to the end user or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Widely recognised as one of the country's leading producers of special fasteners and turned parts which can be manufactured in a range of metals including steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, brass and bronze, aircraft grades, nylons, plastics or to customers’ special requirements.

Products are made to worldwide standards and customers’ specifications for a wide range of industries, including: fastener and engineering distribution, defence and aerospace, mining, machine tool, medical, telecommunications, and motor sport and automotive engineering to name but a few.
